Terms & Conditions:-

1.  General Information

You must understand the risks involved in participating in this type of event. It is a navigational tour and driving and riding is risky task and therefore be dangerous. You are responsible for everything you do and we accept NO responsibility whatsoever. The R2R INDIA TOUR start date is 10^th May 2027 and the end Date is 7^th June 2027. The Starting & end point of the R2R INDIA TOUR  is Bangalore.

R2R INDIA TOUR  (the ‘Event’) is NOT A RACE or time trial. Participants must not compete at any level with each other or other road users. Anyone found doing so will be removed immediately from the Event and no refund will be issued. You must drive with care and attention for your own safety and the safety of others at all times. Mother India Care is the organizer of this nationwide event.

The Event is not a guided tour – it is a navigational / TSD rally where you will be given a daily finish point and be expected to navigate to it with your own map/Sat Navigation system. The movement of the vehicles will be tracked and monitored through GPS tracking and on real time basis for the entire event.

Where a Group Booking is made all persons booked under the lead name of the booking agree to the Terms & Conditions set out here.

2.  Age Restrictions

All participants must be 18 or over on the first day of the Event.

3.  Registration Fee

Registration Fee (Commitment Fee Plus Participation Fee) must be paid by the deadlines quoted on the website, any failure to do so will result in the team being removed from the Event. Commitment fee and participation fee  are non-refundable. The registration fee does include expenses during the Event, such as fuel, tolls, food & hotel  room stay, but traffic violation  fines and vehicle repair costs or any other expenses of any kind is not included).

If, for any reason, you decide to withdraw either before or during the Event, your fee is neither transferable nor refundable. We advise you to take out suitable insurance if you think this will be a problem.

The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event.

4.  Administration Charges

Once you have entered the Event (deposit paid), your vehicle and member details are final. Any amendments may result in an administration fee being payable (at the discretion of the Event organizers).

5.  Documents

a) Driving License – all drivers must hold a valid full Indian driving license.

b) Vehicle Registration Certificate

c) Vehicle insurance – for all drivers

d) Emission Testing Certificate

e) Behavioral Emission Test – BET certificate (Issued by Mother India Care)

f) FC – as the condition of a vehicle may deteriorate within the period of FC, it is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition for the event.

g) Valid Passport / Voter ID – for all participants

h) Fire Extinguisher

i) First aid box.

It is the sole responsibility of the participants to ensure that their documents are in order. They must be valid from the beginning up to, and including, the last day of the Event. You will be required to sign to this effect at the Event launch. Failure to sign the registration form will result in disqualification from the Event without refund.

You cannot participate in any other vehicle than the one registered.

6.  Commitment Fee

The interested participants (participant and co-participant) has to make the initial payment of commitment fee of Rs. 25000/- (for car drivers) & Rs. 10000/- (for bike riders). Each participant singly  has to make the balance payment of Rs. 5 Lakh in the rally under fundraise category participation which the will be raising funds online and must complete the total participation of Rs. 5 Lakh each  should be paid by 15^th Dec 2026. If the participant fails to raise the funds towards the participation fee in full within the due date, the participation will be rejected and the payment made will not be refunded.  Under normal category the participant has to make the participation fee in full by 15^th December 2026 which can be paid as Rs. 30000/- every month.

7.  Sponsor / Fundraise

The participant should pay the total registration fee in full. The participant can opt for the sponsor of their own efforts. If the participant need a fundraise support online, we can provide a webpage in our website to or fundraise for the participation fee and with the online link the participant can fundraise it online through whatsapp and or social media. Participants has to fundraise at their own efforts and we will create a fund raiser page in our website for them.

8.  Decals

You agree to have the R2R INDIA TOUR India Rally and official Event sponsors’ stickers placed on your vehicle at all times during the Event. All stickers are non-permanent, are easy to remove and will not leave any damage to your vehicle. The Event organizers are therefore not responsible for any claims of damage to your vehicle as a result of applying or removing such stickers.

9.  Local Law

All participants must drive safely and at all times obey the specific regulations for each country visited. This includes (but is not limited to) speed regulations, highway laws, vehicle safety laws and laws relating to the possession or use of alcohol or drugs.

It is up to you to ensure that you are fully up to date with the driving requirements for each city you visit. You will be provided with a driving guide prior to commencement of the rally; however this may not be an exhaustive list.

10.  Accommodation

For team of two participants, accommodation will be a single room double occupancy. The food and tea break are inclusive of registration fee.

11.  Code of Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves responsibly and in an appropriate manner at all times. You must not consume alcohol whilst driving, drive whilst under the influence of alcohol (or any other intoxicating substance) or drive if your ability to do so safely is compromised by illness, lack of adequate rest, or any other condition. Any illegal behaviour will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

12.  Responsibility

The Event organizers accept no responsibility for the consequences of you being refused entrance into or exit out of any city, venue or premises during the Event. Any additional costs incurred are solely the participants’ responsibility. If you miss a pre-arranged drive, it is your responsibility to pay for any additional costs.

13.  Refunds

If you fail to complete any part of the route or become unable to continue at any stage of the Event, you will not be entitled to a refund.

14.  Changes/Cancellation

The Event organizers reserve the right to either change the Event schedule or cancel the Event at any time.

15.  Image Rights

All participants consent to be photographed and to be included in any filming of the Event. You consent to the use of your name, image, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with any and all footage, publicity and related promotional material. Participants are only entitled to take photographs and film footage of the Event for non-commercial purposes.

16.  Branding

You are not permitted to use the ‘R2R INDIA TOUR ’ logos or branding under any circumstance other than placing stickers on your vehicle. This includes any printed material or websites.

17.  Force Majeure

The Event organizers cannot accept liability or refund monies if the Event has to be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such as (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, vehicle delays or traffic delays. Neither can we be held responsible if certain attractions change their opening times or are closed.

18.  Terms and Conditions Changes

The Event organizers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of the changes and will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms and conditions by participating in the Event.

19.  Indemnity

You will indemnify the Event organizers, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and sponsors against any and all claims, lawsuits and causes of action brought against them by any third party as a result of your action or participation in the Event, including without limitation, your violation of any laws or regulations or your breach of these Terms and Conditions of entry.

20.  Violation of Terms

If any participants violate any of the above terms and conditions or refuse to follow the instructions given prior or during the Event by the Event organizers, you may be prohibited from any or further participation in the Event.

21.  Law

These terms and conditions and your participation in the Event are governed by Indian law and you submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore.

22.  The R2R India Tour

R2R INDIA TOUR Car & Bike Rally is a navigational tour, it’s not a racing event. it is also called as TSD Rally. Happy Motoring
